Question 1: Who will see my credit card number / how do I know my details are safe?

Only Regnow, our credit card processor, handle your credit card details. Your credit card details are never seen by us or any other 3rd party except RegNow. You can find out more about RegNow here .

Question 2: Is your online ordering 100% secure?

Yes, it is 100% secure. The order form is located at RegNow server not ours. One of the biggest and most trusted payment providers on the internet. You can find out more about RegNow here .

Security remains the primary concern of online consumers. RegNow has a VeriSign Secure Server ID. To learn more about the VeriSign Secure Site Program, click on the VeriSign logo on the order form.

Question 3: I would still prefer not to use my credit card online, what other methods of payment do you accept?

We also accept bank/wire transfer, check/money order, fax, and invoice. Please click the ' Buy Now ' button on the appropriate products main page for further instructions.

Question 4: Do you accept payment via PayPal?

At the moment we do not accept payment via PayPal.

Question 5: What happens after my order is placed?

If you have chosen the license code/key AKA unlock code only version, you will receive your license key/code email very shorly after the order is placed. Enter this code into your trial version and all restrictions will be removed and the program fully activated and the software becomes a "Full version".

If you have chosen to purchase the CD Rom version, you will still receive a license code so you may use the program while you are waiting for your CD to arrive. There's no other "Full version" for you to download.
