Be as specific as possible. Please provide background information such as your operating system, graphic card and DirectX version (if you are using Virtual Cover Creator), CD burner drive (if you using our CD Burner) .

Is it a new problem? What is the exact wording of the error message if you getting any. The more details you can give us the better we can help you.
